If you are a current student and are wondering why you’re getting this message don’t panic!

The course is designed to drip the lessons out at a rate of about one new lesson every two days. This is purely to avoid overwhelm, and to help you walk step by step through the course, which means this lesson has not yet been unlocked for you, but it will be soon! I used to deliver the course with all the lessons opened all at once, and I noticed a steep increase in confusion and panic, and a steep decrease in successfully implementing practice building strategies. So, here we are back to making things more digestible. The beginning of the course is set up to give you a new lesson daily for a while so that you can get a little wind at your back.
